Regulation List
I am sorry, I was unable to post last week, I am in the mists of my exams and therefore spending the time I have revising. However, I wanted to take a break away from work to share a post with you.
Last week on my daily hot girl walk, I listened to a new podcast called Inside Anna's Mind by one of my favourite fitness influencers Anna Archer. In the episode, she spoke about her struggles with mental health and eating disorders, but one part stood out to me in particular. She spent some time talking about how she controls her mental state through emotional regulation stimulation tasks. This made me think deeply about what I do to maintain my mental state when studying and in this week's post I created a list of things that reduce my stress and anxiety and help me focus on reasons to be happy. This is such an important tool to learn for yourself as it is needed in all parts of your life. You need to be able to look after yourself and this list may give you some guidance when you need to walk away from a stressful environment or situation.
