Thoughts on boarding school

Dear Readers, 

I hope you have had a great half term. Right now it's my half term and I am having so much fun. I have got to spend time with my family and friends which I haven't seen in a very long time. 

This post is a little different to the post I do usually. I will be sharing my thoughts on boarding school. 

I have only been at boarding school for a couple months and I am already loving it. I get quite homesick sometimes mainly because my parents are 5 hours away but get to call them daily which is great. I find homework at my school harder than my old school. The great thing about boarding is you can ask people to help you with it even at 7o’clock. I love the fact that if you have forgotten something in your dorm it is so easy to get. I am not a huge fan of staying over at the weekend just because I want to be able to have personal space and have time to yourself. 

The food at my school is so good but there are lots of things which are not the best for you such as the deserts. This means you have to be careful on how much desert you have because nobody is going to tell you. I love to watch TV in the afternoon but when boarding you always have other people wanting to watch something else. You get a lot more used to it but if you have annoying siblings like me then you might already have been used to it.  

Despite getting homesick I think boarding is the best thing that I have decided to do. 

I will be doing a post on Halloween so don't you worry.
