2021 Hairstyle trends

In this week's post I thought I would share with you a few easy and stylish hairstyles that have been rocking 2021! All of these hairstyles are very simplistic and are perfect for when your in a rush! I have always love styling my hair, especially on the 'third day' when your hair is beginning to need a wash (but isn't quite there yet). Most of the hairstyles will need; hairbrush, elastic bands, a hair clip, a hairband/headscarf and some gel! Comment down below if you tried any of the styles out- I would love to see them! 

1. Two front braids 

Super easy and can be worn with short or long hair! All you need to do is braid down both side of your hair! It looks on both straight, wavy and curly hair! 

2. Claw clip

This is a perfect hairstyle when your hair is starting to get greasy. It's also perfect it you don't like you hair down or in your face! You can buy claw clips at any local boots or online on Amazon- there are lots of different styles to choose from, however, I would recommend one with a grip!

3. Hairbands

Hairbands are a must- there are so many different colours and are perfect for a basic outfit, it spices it up a bit! 

4. Headscarf 

Very similar to headbands, they can spice up an outfit, however, you can choose from many more styles! For inspiration check out TikTok or instagram- there are so many different types and styles. Check out second hand shops or Depop for some cool designs!

5. French braids

 It can be difficult to learn to braid on yourself, but once you get the hang of french braids, it's the perfect style if you want your hair out of your face, especially when it's starting to get a bit greasier! There are so many tutorials on YouTube and TikTok. 

6. Space buns

Space buns are perfect for long or short hair, really tight or messier, either way it will look super cute!

7. Slick back

A slick back pony is a statement; it's so sexy and makes an outfit look so much for sophisticated! It's another style perfect for last day hair and looks amazing with sharp makeup! 

8. The balloon ponytail 

I have seen these all over TikTok and think they look so sweet, there are so many different ways you can do the hairstyle (two styles shown below), so it makes it accessible to most lengths! I often see them done on Olivia Neil and Olivia Grace Herring, with oversized jackets and jordans! I would love to see how you rock the style with an outfit too!
