Best Home Workouts!

As we are all stuck at home at the moment and I found that I'm really missing the gym and thought that I would invest in my own gym mat and some resistance bands, to give home workouts a try! I have tried numerous youtube workouts and have found the perfect ones for a nice sweat! In this post I will give a little description of what the different workouts need, but I have picked them so that there is a workout for everyones ability.

Really good workout, hits every spot, however, you will need equipment (weights and resistance bands) ! (Also a beginners version)

Perfect for it you live in an apartment, no jumping and no need for equipment!

Really hard, however, you will feel amazing after! No equipment needed, unless you want to, I sometimes add my bands for a deeper burn. (Also a beginners version)

Really good workout, similar to number 3, however, this workout the trainer is talking, whereas, the other workout is just music.

Really fun dance workout, no equipment and super motivating!

Less intense but still will burn! Really slow and simple but still sculpting!

Really intense workout which strengths and works the muscles deeply!

Perfect if you want to focus on your legs and bum, no equipment needed, very short and burns a lot!
